I have being trying out a new product recently called the Everything, Everywhere Beauty Oil from a company called Merumaya whose integrative, effective skincare range is sold through John Lewis and QVC.
The Everything Everywhere Beauty Oil contains Kahai Oil which is produced from the nuts of a tree which is native to the Amazon and said to have even more benefits than Argan Oil. This carefully blended oil can be used for a multitude of purposes and in the name of research, I think I tried most of them.
I am currently losing weight and am keen to do everything I can to ensure I am not left with loose skin so every night before bed, I have been massaging a couple of drops into my tummy, bum and thighs. I can’t comment on the long term effects but I can tell you it absorbs quickly with no sticky residue, so no more freezing your bits off starkers in the bathroom waiting for a body cream to sink in.
Although there is no residue what the Merumaya Oil does leave behind is a beautiful soft sheen. I hate glitter but think tanned arms and legs look amazing when they are glowy and well nourished so if you plan on getting a self tan for all those Christmas parties then pop this onto your beauty wishlist.
I recently stopped wearing acrylic nails after about 4 years of back to back applications so you can imagine the state of my nails and cuticles – it isn’t pretty. I have found rubbing this oil into my tatty talons has already made a noticable difference to the way they look and am hopeful that as the new nail grows in, it will be strong and flexible.
Finally this oil is amazing for your hair. If I am not going out on a Friday night, I like to work it into the ends of my hair, wrap it in a scarf and leave it to work its miracles overnight. If you have an itchy, irritable scalp you could apply it there too but I tend to use it only on my ends, where the bleach has done its worst. When I get up in the morning I just wash my hair as usual and hey presto, I have luscious shiny, locks. Result!
