The Naked Smoky Palette by Urban Decay

Oh WOW – there’s a new palette hitting these shores on July 30th, the Naked Smoky Palette by Urban Decay and today I can share with you exactly what will be inside. Just look at those shades! Everything we loved about Naked 1, 2 and 3, but instead of choosing between warm, cool or rosy, the Smoky palette contains ALL THREE!!! The Smoky palette contains nine new shades, three of which are exclusive, and has at one side the mattes and at the other the shimmers. The colour range includes bronzes, taupes, greys, blacks and my favourite – a sexy aubergine – just WOW!

The palette features super-detailed instructions to help you create four distinctly different looks: The Urban Decay Smoky Eye, Smoky Cat, Smoky Reality Star, and the Smoky Everyday.

Also exclusive to the palette is a brand-new double-sided brush to help you apply the perfect smoky look. One side features the Tapered Crease Brush, which will help you apply shadow to the lid, define your crease, or blend out colors. The other side is the Smoky Smudger Brush, which is perfectly designed for highlighting the browbone or inner corner of the eye, and great for smudging shadow on the lower lashline and even tightlining.

The Naked Smoky Palette by Urban Decay will hit the UK on July 30th but if you want to see it a little sooner, then watch this space.

I can’t wait for this palette to be available! I definitely want to have a look at it and looking ahead, I also think it would be a great Christmas gift for my mum because she loves a cool toned smokey eye, Em x

I’m dying to see this in person. I’ve seen swatches and looks online, but I’m not sure whether I have most of these shades in other palettes and singles. It certainly is a lovely collection, at any rate
